Just can't resist this picture.
Bush did get a big bounce out of the convention, but the numbers were on their way up before the first speech. It's not over by a long shot, but is looking better.
As far as a well documented biography of President Bush, including Arbusto, Harken, etc , I would recommend Ronald Kessler's A Matter of Character, available on the right. Far better documented than this screed,
and written by a former New York Times journalist of all things. I will agree with one thing from Rotten, though. The left seriously "misunderestimates" Mr. Bush, and Conservatives in general. I'm not complaining.
