Judicial Tyranny in a Legislative Democracy

It really doesn't matter rather you believe 16 year olds are eligible for the death penalty or not. I'm not sure myself. What I am sure about is that the decision reached by the Supreme Court yesterday was deeply disturbing. To use extra-constitutional sources, including unratified treaties and rulings from foreign courts shows a disrespect for the both the Constitution and the Rule of Law in this nation.
