In a 10-2 ruling, the 11th US Circuit Court of Appeals refused to keep Teri alive. It is increasingly unlikely the Supreme Court will hear this case either, as they have rejected it 3 times in the past. Her main hope now lies with Jeb Bush and the Florida legislature. It's a slim hope, at best.
