More on Moore
I posted this before, from Christopher Hitchens.
The more I think about Moore's propaganda, the angrier I get.
One scene specifically sticks in my mind.
Moore presents Iraq, children playing, a wedding, happy innocents in an idyllic nation.
He leaves out a few things, purposely, with malice aforethought.
Serial rape, torture, mass graves, children's prisons.
Last thought for now:
I joke about Michael Moore being a modern Joseph Goebbels.
Yet the echoes of Goebbel's propaganda resound throughout Michael Moore's film.
Goebbel's Principals of Propaganda
