I get so tired of Jimmy Carter. He was a failed President, and a Democrat partisan of the worst sort. This is a hit peice, designed to get out the Dem vote, and prepare the ground for tedious legal battles should Bush win in November. I suspect Mr. Carter would not be making these statements if Kerry was ahead in the polls.
