A Minor Correction: While Mr. Kerry did indeed believe he was meeting Mr. Bush, this was actually a meeting between the prospective nominee and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi. This is quite understandable for someone who has difficulty distinguishing between Medals and Ribbons.
